一、 接受聘请，担任建筑、房地产公司和其它企业、事业单位的法律顾问。帮助各类公司、企业和事业单位建立建全各项管理规章制度，完善经营管理体制。从对公司、企业和事业单位发展有利的方向收集、整理并用足、用好、用活现行的市场经济法规。保障公司、企业和事业单位经营能获得高效益。接受聘请，担任政府机关法律顾问，在政府宏观决策上起好参谋作用；参与研究、制定、审查、修改以政府名义发出的规范性文件；协助政府及时处理实际工作中碰到的法律问题；在政府组织的重大经济活动中起好助手作用。

二、受托为委托人起草、修改、审查和订立经济合同及其它法律文件。通 过上述活动，帮助公司、企业和事业单位增强法制观念，建立完善的合同管理制度。保证公司、企业和事业单位行为合法、守法，保证公司、企业和事业单位的合法权益不受侵害。保障市场经济的正常发育和运转。

三、 帮助建筑、房地产公司及其他建设企业和事业单位掌握和利用国际建 筑市场方面的成功经验和知识。加快引进国际惯例，与国际市场接轨。提高签约和履约的质量。推动我国建筑队伍全面走向国际建筑市场。接受当事人委托，为当事人代理工程索赔业务。使委托人的合法权益一旦受损时，能及时有效地获得补偿。

四、 接受公司、企业和事业单位、社会团体或个人委托，担任代理人，参 加诉讼和非诉讼活动。切实有效地保证委托人的合法权益。

五、 接受双方当事人的委托，主持调解或仲裁。为双方当事人的市场交易 提供见证和监督。

六、 接受当事人的委托，担任民事，经济和行政诉讼案件代理人，出庭参 加诉讼。

七、 接受当事人委托，担任刑事案件辩护人，出庭参加辩护。
